Upload Technician Certifications

Service providers or customer ERM admins can upload technician certifications to ensure only qualified personnel log system events. This supports compliance with environmental regulations and confirms technicians are authorized to handle, recover, recycle, and dispose of regulated substances safely.

Upload certifications

Upload technician certifications to ensure only qualified personnel log system events.

1. In Service Providers, click Roster.

   You may have to select a provider first before clicking Roster.

2. Find and select the technician whose certification you want to upload.

3. Click Certificates.

4. Select the Certification Type, enter the Certificate Number, and upload an image of the certificate.

5. Use the certificate number for the name of the image file.

6. Click Save Certificate Data.
